Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 19, 2007, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Howard, Charlie, at 11:12 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Howard, Charlie; Bohac; Brown, Betty; Brown, Fred; Laubenberg; Lucio III (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Allen, Alma; Anchia; Parker; Patrick; Straus (5).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Howard, Charlie moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee:  HB3170, HB4094.

 

The motion prevailed without objection.

 

At 11:14 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
