Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 27, 2007 and after a request to grant permission on the House Floor to allow the subcommittee to meet during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management, Subcommittee on Eminent Domain, met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Orr, at 3:54 p.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Orr; Callegari (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Cook, Robby (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The subcommittee discussed reform to current laws and language regarding eminent domain.

At 6:08 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
