Pursuant to a notice posted on January 28, 2008, the House Committee on Electric Generation Capacity, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 10:07 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Bonnen; Anderson; Bailey; Hardcastle; Straus (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Chavez; King, Phil; Solomons; Turner (4).

 

A quorum was present.
