Pursuant to a notice posted on May 3, 2007, a suspension of the five day posting rule on the house floor on May 4, 2007 to consider SB 979, a revised notice posted on May 7, 2007 to reflect the bill added pursuant to the five day posting rule suspension, and permission granted to meet while the house is in session, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings, at 9:17 p.m.
