AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the terms of court for the 49th and 341st District |
|
|
Courts. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 24.151(e), Government Code, is amended |
|
|
to read as follows: |
|
|
(e) The terms of the 49th District Court and the 341st |
|
|
District Court begin: |
|
|
(1) in Webb County on the first Mondays in January, |
|
|
April, July, and October [June, September, and November]; and |
|
|
(2) in Zapata County on the first Mondays in February |
|
|
[March] and August. |
|
|
SECTION 2. Section 24.487(c), Government Code, is repealed. |
|
|
SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2007. |
