Amend the Turner amendment to CSSB 482 by adding:                            
	(e)(3) reimbursement to the Department of Family and 
Protective Services, up to $1.2 million for fiscal year 2008, and up 
to $1.2 million for fiscal year 2009, for expenses incurred in 
providing full and/or partial payments of electric utility bills 
for individuals determined to be eligible for those payments 
through the adult protective services program of the department.
