Amend CSSB 10 (House committee printing) as follows:                         

(1)  In SECTION 18(b) of the bill (page 56, line 22), strike 	"six" and substitute "10".
	(2)  In SECTION 18(b)(1) of the bill (page 56, line 23), 
strike "three" and substitute "five".
	(3)  In SECTION 18(b)(2) of the bill (page 56, line 25), 
strike "three" and substitute "five".
