Amend CSHB 3678 on page 3, following line 27, by inserting the 
following:  
	Sec. 25.1551.  TEACHER TRAINING.  (a) A school district 
shall provide professional development training to teachers 
regarding the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and 
the right of a student to express a religious viewpoint.
