Amend CSHB 1892 by adding the following new SECTION, and 
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ____. Subchapter A, Chapter 284, Transportation 
Code, is amended by adding Section 284.0092 to read as follows:
	Sec. 284.0092. AUDIT BY FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION. The 
accounts and records of a county relating to a roadway that is part 
of the county road system, including a project under this chapter, 
are subject to audit by the Federal Highway Administration as 
deemed necessary by that agency.
