Amend CSHB 1892 on page 9, between lines 17 and 18, by 
inserting a new section of the bill to read as follows and 
renumbering the sections of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION 2. Subchapter A, Chapter 284, Transportation Code, is 
amended by adding Section 284.010 to read as follows:
	Sec. 284.010. CONTRACTOR CONTRIBUTIONS PROHIBITED. A person 
who enters into a contract with a county under this chapter may not 
make a political contribution to a person who is a commissioner or 
county judge of the county or who is candidate for the office of 
commissioner or county judge of the county.
