80(R) HB 1886 - 3rd reading 2 (H)

	Amend HB 1886 (second reading engrossment) on third reading, 
in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 271.197, Local Government 
Code, on page 12, between lines 19 and 20, by adding a new 
Subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d)  To the extent of a conflict between this section and a 
federal law or rule governing the expenditure of federal transit 
funds by a transit authority created under Chapter 451, 
Transportation Code, the federal law or rule prevails.
