Relating to property tax relief and protection of taxpayers, taxes
and fees, and other matters relating to the financing of public
schools; providing civil and criminal penalties.

SJR 38            Ogden
Proposing a constitutional amendment authorizing a state property
tax for public education, prohibiting school district property
taxes for maintenance purposes, and authorizing a school district
property tax for educational enrichment.
