Senator Madla moved to suspend the 24-hour posting rule so the Senate
Committee on Intergovernmental Relations could meet today upon adjournment
to take up and consider the following bills:

SB 1898            Deuell
Relating to the creation of the Dallas County Municipal Utility
District No. 3; providing authority to impose a tax and issue
bonds; granting the power of eminent domain.

SJR 12            Janek
Proposing a constitutional amendment to abolish the office of
county treasurer of Fort Bend County.
