who relinquish children for adoption.

Relating to criminal history record checks for potential residents
of nursing homes.

Relating to the registration of certain assisted living facilities.

Relating to an alternative method of satisfying certain licensing
and program participation requirements for assisted living

Relating to rates for medical services provided by the Department
of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services.

The Committee will stand in recess while the House is in session, and
reconvene upon recess/adjournment of the House to hear remaining measures
on the agenda.
