The Committe will meet to consider the following measures:


HB 315            Olivo / et al.
Relating to criteria for voluntary admission to state schools for
persons with mental retardation.

HB 877            Talton
Relating to certain complaints and records with respect to certain
child-care facilities and family homes; providing a criminal
penalty.

HB 1377            Jones, Jesse
Relating to the maintenance of area agencies on aging that provide
services for the aging and persons with disabilities.

HB 134            Rose
Relating to permissible uses of money in the comprehensive
rehabilitation fund.

HB 1503            Davis, John
Relating to the additional exit conference required following
inspection, survey, or investigation of certain facilities.


The Committee will stand in recess while the House is in session, and
reconvene upon adjournment to hear any remaining measures on the agenda.

Bills may not be taken up in the order specified above, depending upon the
availability of bill authors.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  THE HOUSE WILL BE CONSIDERING MAJOR LEGISLATION DURING
THE WEEK OF MARCH 7.  THIS MAY AFFECT THE SCHEDULING OR LENGTH OF TIME
AVAILABLE FOR THIS HEARING.
