The Select Committee will meet to consider the District 149 election
contest. The Committee will hear invited testimony from Rep. Will
Hartnett, Master of Discovery for the election contest, regarding
the Master's report. The Committee will hear invited testimony from
attorneys for the Contestant and the Contestee in this election
contest. The Committee may hear other invited testimony related to the
election contest.


Pursuant to Rule 4, Section 12, of the House Rules, the Select Committee
on Election Contests may meet in executive session for the limited
purpose of examining a witness or deliberating, considering, or debating
a decision.
