hospitals located in Hidalgo County, Montgomery County, Webb
County, and Bexar County for programs that provide healthcare
services.

Relating to requiring the operator of a vehicle storage facility in
certain counties to accept a personal check or debit card as
payment for the delivery or storage of a vehicle.

Relating to the designation of a weight enforcement officer by a
commissioners court.

Relating to the specifications and fees for legal papers filed with
a county clerk.

HB 1165            Harper-Brown
Relating to the employment of county traffic officers by certain
counties.

Relating to prohibiting the sale of fireworks by a person under 18
years of age and to the prosecution of offenses involving
fireworks.

Relating to prohibiting the sale of fireworks by or to a person
under 18 years of age and to the prosecution of offenses involving
fireworks.

HB 1652            Dutton
Relating to prohibiting the sale of fireworks to a person under 18
years of age and to the penalty for the unlawful sale of fireworks
to certain persons.

HB 1454            Goolsby
Relating to the enforcement of the prohibition of the sale
fireworks to an intoxicated person and to the prosecution of
offenses involving fireworks.

HB 1722            Hamric
Relating to creating reasonable regulation of the storage,
discharge, safe use, and oversight of fireworks.

HB 1519            Laubenberg
Relating to the prohibited use of fireworks; providing penalties.

HB 3150            Escobar
Relating to protection of animal shelters from fireworks.

HB 3118            Allen, Ray
Relating to fees collected for services provided by the Commission
on Jail Standards.
