The Committee will convene to hear invited testimony from the following:

State Auditor's Office
Correctional Managed Health Care
Community Justice Assistance Division (CJAD)
Texas Council on Offenders with Mental Impairments (TCOMI)

The Committee will also be hearing public testimony.


Although written testimony will not be considered a part of the record,
persons wishing to distribute handouts may do so by providing no fewer
than 10 copies to the Committee Clerk when called to testify.
