The Committee will convene for an organizational meeting to hear invited
testimony from the following agencies.

Legislative Budget Board
Texas Department of Criminal Justice
Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles
Texas Youth Commission
Council on Sex Offender Treatment
Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical or Mental Impairments






Although written testimony will not be considered a part of the record,
persons wishing to distribute handouts may do so by providing no fewer
than 10 copies to the Committee Clerk when called to testify.
