Relating to subdivision platting requirements and assistance for
certain counties near an international border.
SB 684 Lucio
Relating to authorizing certain counties and municipalities to
regulate land development; providing a penalty.
SB 827 Zaffirini
Relating to systems for identifying colonias and for tracking the
progress of state-funded projects that benefit colonias and the
submission of a related report to the legislature.
SB 964 Lucio / et al.
Relating to the authorization, administration, and funding of the
program to provide financial assistance for the construction,
acquisition, or improvement of water supply and sewer services for
economically distressed areas.
SB 1202 Lucio
Relating to the coordination of colonia initiatives and services to
colonia residents.
SJR 27 Lucio / et al.
Proposing a constitutional amendment providing for the issuance of
additional general obligation bonds by the Texas Water Development
Board to provide assistance to economically distressed areas.
SCR 30 Lucio / et al.
Urging the State of Texas to continue to pursue increased trade
with Mexico and to develop a plan with Mexico to mitigate delays at
border crossings.
