Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule
11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on
Intergovernmental Relations was held on Thursday, May 19, 2005,
in the Capitol Extension Auditorium at Austin, Texas.
On motion of Senator Madla and by unanimous consent, Senate Rule
11.10(a) and Senate Rule 11.18(a) were suspended in order that
the Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations might meet
and consider the following bills today: HB 1648, HB 3164, HB
3461, HB 3476, HB 3479, HB 3487, HB 3525, HB 3550, HB 3560.
