         On April 14, 2005, the House Committee on Ways & Means  
         authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the  
         House Committee on Ways & Means held on March 16, 2005. The  
         following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 11, 2005, the House
