         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 11, 2006, and revised on  
         April 11, 2006 the House Committee on Public Health met in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Delisi, at 1:38 p.m.  
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:              Representatives Coleman; Solis (2). 
           
         A quorum was present.

         public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Swinford, at 1:38 p.m.

         Absent:    Representatives Farrar; Keffer, Jim; Martinez  
                    Fischer; Villarreal (4). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 4:08 p.m., on the motion of the chairs and without objection,
