         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on July 12,  
         2005, the House Committee on Regulated Industries met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative King, Phil, at 5:06 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    Robby; Crabb (5). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Turner; Hartnett (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out SB 20. 
          
         Representative Hunter moved that SB 20, without amendments, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:  
          
         Ayes:           Representatives King, Phil; Hunter; Baxter;  
                         Cook, Robby; Crabb (5). 
          
         Nays:           None (0). 
          
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0). 
          
         Absent:         Representatives Turner; Hartnett  (2). 
          
         At 5:12 p.m., on the motion of Representative Baxter and without  
         objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the  
         chair.
