formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,

The chair laid out SB179, the companion to HB1595.
The chair, Representative Eiland, explained the measure.
Representative Flynn moved that SB179, without amendments, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on
Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the
following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Eiland; Flynn; Griggs; Krusee;
Rodriguez; Straus (6).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representative McClendon (1).

The chair laid out SB1319.
The chair recognized Representative Flynn to explain the
measure.
Representative Rodriguez moved that SB1319, without amendments,
be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
following record vote:

Rodriguez; Straus (6).
