         the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a work  
         session and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Eiland, at 7:00 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    Rodriguez; Straus (6). 
          
         Absent:    Representative Griggs (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         At 10:38 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
