CORRECTED MINUTES 
                                           
         On May 9, 2005, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments  
         authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the  
         House Committee on Pensions & Investments held on March 23,  
         2005. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 18, 2005, the House  
         Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative Eiland, at 8:13  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Eiland; Flynn; McClendon; Straus (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representative Griggs; Krusee, Rodriguez (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HB1655 
          
         The chair laid out HB1655. 
          
         Representative Flynn offered a complete committee substitute.  
          
         The chair recognized Representative Keffer, Jim to explain the  
         measure.  
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection 
          
         The chair, Representative Eiland, closed on the measure. 
          
         The bill was left pending without objection.

         The chair laid out HB2566. 
          
         Representative McClendon offered a complete committee  
         substitute.  
          
         The chair, Representative Eiland,  explained the measure.
