         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on August 8,  
         2005, the House Committee on Public Education Reform, Select met  
         in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Grusendorf, at 3:59 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Grusendorf; Eissler; Delisi; Keffer,  
                    Bill (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representative Branch (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HB 62 
          
         The chair laid out HB 62. 
          
         Representative Delisi offered a complete committee substitute.  
          
          The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Delisi moved that HB 62, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:  
          
         Ayes:           Representatives Grusendorf; Eissler; Delisi;  
                         Keffer, Bill (4). 
          
         Nays:           None (0). 
          
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0). 
          
         Absent:         Representative Branch  (1). 
          
         At 4:20 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
