CORRECTED MINUTES
On March 21, 2005, the House Committee on Land & Resource
Management authorized the correction of the minutes for the
meeting of the House Committee on Land & Resource Management
held on March 17, 2005. The following are the corrected minutes
for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 11, 2005, the House
Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing
and was called to order by the chair, Representative Mowery, at
8:11 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Mowery; Harper-Brown; Blake; Cook,
Robby; Escobar; Leibowitz; Miller; Orr (8).
Absent: Representative Pickett (1).
A quorum was present.
HB 1364
The chair laid out HB 1364 as pending business.
Representative Cook, Robby offered a complete committee
substitute.
The chair recognized Representative Mowery to explain the
measure.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Cook, Robby moved that HB 1364, as substituted,
be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Mowery; Harper-Brown; Blake;
Cook, Robby; Escobar; Miller; Orr (7).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representatives Pickett; Leibowitz (2).
HB 1704
The chair laid out HB 1704.
The chair recognized Representative Kuempel to explain the
measure.
Representative Cook, Robby offered an amendment to the measure.
