Pursuant to a notice posted on April 22, 2005, and revised by a
rules suspension in the House Chamber on April 26, 2005, the
House Committee on Defense Affairs & State-Federal Relations met
in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair,
Representative Campbell at 8:08 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
