         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Berman, at  
         4:36 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Berman; Herrero (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Hodge (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The Subcommittee on Death Gratuity Benefits met to discuss HB  
         865, HB 1150, HB 2726, HB 2691 and HB 3224.   
          
         At 5:36 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
