         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 18, 2005, the House  
         Committee on House Administration, Subcommittee on Policy and  
         Procedure , met in a formal meeting and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Taylor, at 9:08 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Taylor; Dawson (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Pena (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         (Representative Pena now present.) 
          
         The committee heard testimony from resource witness Steven  
         Adrian and Robert Haney who presented policy changes to Policy  
         and Procedures Manual. 
          
         At 9:45 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
