         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 15, 2005, the House  
         Committee on House Administration, Subcommittee on Policy and  
         Procedure, met in a formal meeting and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Taylor, at 9:04 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Taylor; Dawson; Pena (3). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The committee heard testimony from resource witness Steven  
         Adrian, who presented policy changes to Policy and Procedures  
         Manual.    
          
         At 9:40 a.m., on the motion of Representative Dawson and without  
         objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the  
         chair.
