         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2006, the House  
         Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative West, George  
         "Buddy", at 9:04 a.m.

         the meeting was recessed subject to the call of the chair.
