         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 27, 2006, the House  
         Committee on Economic Development, Subcommittee on the Texas  
         Enterprise Fund, met in a public hearing and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Allan Ritter, at 10:14 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Ritter; Anchia; Deshotel; Kolkhorst  
         (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Cook, Byron; McCall; Seaman (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 11:56 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
