         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 9, 2005, the House  
         Committee on Economic Development met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at  
         11:45 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Kolkhorst; Deshotel; McCall (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 1:20 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
