CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 2, 2005, the House Committee on Corrections authorized
the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on Corrections held on April 7, 2005. The following
are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 2005, the House
Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called
to order by the chair, Representative Madden, at 12:02 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Madden; Jones, Delwin; Haggerty;
Allen, Ray; Hochberg; McReynolds (6).
Absent: Representative Noriega, Melissa (1).
A quorum was present.
HB 681
The chair laid out HB 681 as pending business.
The chair explained the measure.
Representative Allen, Ray moved that HB 681, without amendments,
be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Madden; Jones, Delwin; Haggerty;
Allen, Ray (4).
Nays: Representative Hochberg (1).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representatives McReynolds; Noriega, Melissa
(2).

The chair laid out HB 1093 as pending business.
