         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2005 and revised on  
         February 16, 2005, the House Committee on Corrections met in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Madden, at 11:53 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Madden; Jones, Delwin; Haggerty;  
                    Hochberg (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Allen, Ray; McReynolds; Noriega,  
                    Melissa (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         (Representative McReynolds now present.) 
          
         At 2:20 p.m., on the motion of Representative McReynolds and  
         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call
