         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 4, 2005 and revised on  
         February 8, 2005, the House Committee on Corrections met in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Madden, at 11:33 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    Noriega, Melissa (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Haggerty; Allen, Ray; Hochberg (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         (Representative Allen, Ray now present.) 
          
         At 1:50 p.m., on the motion of Representative Noriega, Melissa  
         and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the  
         call of the chair.
