         2005, the House Committee on Border and International Affairs  
         met in a work session and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Chavez, at 6:30 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    Merritt; Moreno, Joe E.; Vo (7). 
          
         Absent:    None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The Committee met for dinner.

         At 9:37 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
