Amend CSSB 6 as follows:                                                     
	Add a new SECTION ____ to amend Section 261.315, Texas Family 
Code, as follows:
	(1)  In Sec. 261.315(a), after "the department shall" strike 
"notify the person of the person's right to request the department 
to".
	(2)  Strike Sec. 261.315(b) and renumber remaining 
subsection.
