Amend CSSB 6 as follows:                                                     
	1.  Strike Section 1.75 (page 35, lines 55-59, committee 
printing) in its entirety;
	2.  Repeal Subsection (c), 40.0525, Human Resources Code; 
and                
	3.  Renumber subsequent sections accordingly.
