Amend CSSB 6 as follows:                                                     
	On page 3, lines 11-12, strike "criminal offense that poses 
an immediate risk of physical or sexual abuse of a child that could 
result in the death of or serious harm to the child" and insert 
"felony".
	On page 3, lines 31-33, strike "criminal offense that poses 
an immediate risk of physical or sexual abuse of a child that could 
result in the death or serious harm to the child" and insert 
"felony".
