Amend CSSB 6, in Article 1 of the bill, by adding the 
following appropriately numbered section to the article and 
renumbering the remaining sections of the article as appropriate:
	SECTION 1.__.  Subchapter A, Chapter 264, Family Code, is 
amended by adding Section 264.013 to read as follows:
	Sec. 264.013.  EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION WITH OTHER STATES.  
The department shall enter into agreements with other states to 
allow for the exchange of information relating to a child for whom 
the department is or was the managing conservator.  The information 
may include the child's health passport and education passport.
