Amend CSSB 6, in Section 1.33 of the bill, by striking amended 
Section 264.106(c), Family Code (House committee printing page 41, 
lines 3-7), and substituting:
	(c)  An independent administrator may not:                              
		(1)  directly provide substitute care services; or                     
		(2)  be governed by a board that has a member who has a 
financial interest in a substitute care or case management provider 
with whom the independent administrator subcontracts.
