Amend CSHB 10, on page 2, by adding the following new section 
and by renumbering any remaining sections accordingly:
	SECTION___.  HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION; OPTIONAL 
MEDICAID SERVICES AND MEDICALLY NEEDY PROGRAM. The amount of 
$62,400,000 is appropriated out of the general revenue fund and 
$156,000,000 in matching federal funds to the Health and Human 
Services Commission for the state fiscal biennium beginning 
September 1, 2005, to restore Optional Medicaid Services and the 
amount of $35,000,000 is appropriated out of the general revenue 
fund and $156,000,000 in matching federal funds to the Health and 
Human Services Commission for the state fiscal biennium beginning 
September 1, 2005, to restore the Medically Needy Program.
