Amend CSHB 10 as follows:                                                    

(1)  On page 2, line 8, between "PROGRAM." and "In" insert 	"(a)".            
	(2)  On page 2, between lines 17 and 18 insert:                                
	(b)  The Health and Human Services Commission shall allocate 
at least $3,300,000 of the amount appropriated by Subsection (a)(1) 
of this section for the purpose of providing mental health benefits 
under the Children's Health Insurance Program and related programs.
