Amend CSHB 10 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION __.  HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION:  
CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS.  In 
addition to amounts previously appropriated for the state fiscal 
biennium ending August 31, 2005, the amount of $3,300,000 is 
appropriated to the Health and Human Services Commission from the 
Economic Stabilization Fund for the two-year period beginning on 
the effective date of this Act for the purpose of providing mental 
health services under the Children's Health Insurance Program and 
related programs.
