Amend CSHB 10, on page 2, by adding the following Section and 
renumbering the remaining sections accordingly:
	SECTION      . HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION; 
CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM. The amount of $140,750,000 is 
appropriated out of the general revenue fund and the amount of 
$361,678,571 in matching federal funds is appropriated to the 
Health and Human Services Commission for the state fiscal biennium 
beginning September 1, 2005, for the restoration and expansion of 
the Children's Health Insurance Program.
