Amend CSHB 7, in Part 6 of Article 1 of the bill, by adding the 
following appropriately numbered section and renumbering the 
sections of that part accordingly:
	SECTION      . Subchapter A, Chapter 406, Labor Code, is 
amended by adding Section 406.0025 to read as follows:
	Sec. 406.0025.   CERTAIN LIMITATIONS ON NONSUBSCRIBING 
EMPLOYERS. An employer who does not elect to provide workers' 
compensation insurance coverage for the employer's employees may 
not require an employee to sign an agreement for binding 
arbitration to resolve any dispute in connection with a 
work-related injury of the employee.
